Founder of SWAY Academy | Creator of the SWAY System
Marina Alex founded the SWAY Academy with one belief:
Work should not feel this hard.
Early in her career, Marina worked her way from frontline roles into executive leadership inside large organizations. Along the way she saw the same pattern again and again:
Great people leaving great companies… because of broken management systems.
Too many layers.
Too many bosses.
Too little trust.
Too little leadership.
The problem wasn't the people.
The problem was the system.
After years helping global organizations transform how they work, Marina realized something was missing. Most frameworks offered philosophy, but very few offered simple, practical actions that leaders could implement immediately.
So she built one.
