Hi, I’m Marina Alex. With over 10 years of experience introducing Agile to diverse industries such as hospitality, finance, retail, biotech, law firms, restaurants, and even healthcare, I was one of the few applying Agile to sales in the world—clients came to me without needing to sell.
But after COVID, the Agile market changed dramatically. I struggled for two years, spent all my savings, and realized I needed to adapt.
So, I began offering my services to small and medium businesses (SMBs) in Tennessee, USA.
These SMBs had no idea about Agile but faced problems I could solve. Selling to them was faster and easier than working with big organizations that had cut budgets for Agile transformations.
Now, I’ve regained my income, enjoy financial freedom, and love seeing quick results from Agile transformations with SMBs.
But, I see many Agile coaches getting laid off, struggling to find jobs or clients . I’ve been there and know how tough it can be.
